The sign above the door says Cuballing Shire Council, but there is a more modern sign near the seat which says "CWA Hall." The stonework appears in excellent condition. The blue insignia on the arch belongs to the Western Australian Country Womens' Association. The building may have been a former church. It's situated adjacent to the Agricultural Hall.
