A snowy day in late February at East Morriston near Earlston. February is often the "worst" month for weather in Scotland, although invariably the snow creates a beautiful and different landscape.

Greetings Ewanneil, A beautiful picture. Ancient stone walls and trees with a mantle of snow. The flat light and far horizontal shadow gives me the impression of infinite depth, a scene that goes on for miles over the horizon, where ever that may be. But so much for the technical stuff. This picture talks to me because I like the snow and the story the picture tells.
