Even after Rob was announced, people were commenting about how "there's still time to recast!" but since the majority of people love him, if Edward was recast they'd get a really bad actor. Rob is a great actor, and he'll be able to pull off Edward. Just because one person doesn't want to be with him doesn't mean the rest of us don't.
