Thank you for your lovely comments, Pepe, Anne, Christian, and Daniela. This sunset and moonrise photo-shoot actually caused me to use a tripod, something extremely rare! Maybe I'll try it more often! Greetings, Marilyn
Thanks for making such beautifull pictures, we didn't have a digital camera when we were in the States and now we often say "what pictures we could have made if we did" but your pictures make up for "the loss" don't think we could make them this beautifull but it makes my heart skip a beat to see how beautifull America (and the rest of the world on your pictures) still is !
Thanks, mennoennetty, for your beautiful comment. I'm glad to know that sharing my photos brings you pleasure. Yes, there is so much beauty in the world!
Did you know that this very holy area is used as a sheep meadow by the Navajo? As well as some horse herds. A wonderful Indian Guy named "Lorenzo" (very old Navajo nobility name ;) guided us through a lot of exciting details.
Michael, we didn't have the privilege of enjoying "Lorenzo," but because of the educational group we with, we did have exceptionally good access to some areas through our Navajo drivers.
