This was a lovely week for trips dear Per, and I loved it all! Thank you. I have lots of photos of Melsvatnet - easy to map, but the mountain tarn seemed to be in the middle of nowhere. ;-)

I'll get round to posting it soon - at least you have had time to make huge headway in the viewing stakes. :)))))

Hugs to Sola from Ruyton XI Towns, Amelia

Good morning Amelia, this is gorgeous! I am in agreement with Per! You must be having a break from all the decorating...some beautiful uploads. Cheers, Rosa.

Thank you so much for your compliment Arto, especially for the Y*.

I wish I was still living in your neighbouring country! ;-)

Hi there Alan, yes it's lovely in Norway when it has snowed and the sky is blue - especially if it can be reflected in a lake! We've had quite a few weeks of dismal weather in the UK, dull and cold, although it was nice over the weekend. Back to normal with rain now. :(

Cheers, Amelia

Another reflection dear Christian. Not quite as many as normal, but this lake was a frozen mirror asking for a camera to pointed at it. ;-)

Amitiés, Amelia

Hello dear Rosa - yes we do have the occasional break from decorating and gardening, but only very occasional at the moment! ;-)

The study, which is full of books and clutter, as well as our computer, has been out of action for the last few days, but is now back together and feels as fresh as a daisy.

Have you had the bitterly cold Arctic weather? At least we didn't have the snow only the arctic wind and occasional hail shower, but in some ways snow would have been preferable - my plants would have been protected! ;-)

Cheers, Amelia

Hello dear Amelia, we didn't have the snow either but had the bitter winds! The poor daffodils are holding up well considering! This time last year we had quite unseasonably hot weather which turned out to be summer!! Once you are finished in the house, I shall look forward to seeing some pictures of your garden and unusually named town ;D Cheers, Rosa.

Hi there dear Rosa, it was the turn of the shower room for a makeover today! ;-)

You can see some photos of the garden if you Google Clive Nichols and then search for Amelia Heath. I'm afraid it won't look like that this year - we've literally had to saw some of it down as it was so overgrown! It'll come back eventually.

Cheers, Amelia

I've Googled it Amelia...and it is really beautiful! Very much a country garden with a surprise around each corner. Those roses are gorgeous as well. You will have to show it off when you get it straight :D All the best, Rosa.
