Baroque castle. It was built between years 1545-75 at a place of a former fortress. Between 1720 and 1725 it was rebuilt into a more representative Baroque seat. The building was designed by architect Octavius Broggius. Since 1805 the seat was owned by the Habsburks who adjusted the castle into a summer seat for the Austrian caesar Ferdinand I. Habsburk. Since 1918 the castle is a property of the state and it also served as a summer seat for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. President Edvard Beneš stayed here with his wife very often. One part of the object is also a Baroque garden which is divided into two parts and there are also small pools and a little pond. The castle is opened for public.
