2013 Taiwan Lantern Festival is redefining “lantern festival” by organizing the Phantom Water Dance Lantern Area sponsored by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company. Phantom of Dancing Water shows a magnificent presentation of music, visual effect and dancing water in combination with the scenery of the Liujia Park. The designer of Phantom of Dancing Water had previously organized the dancing water in Las Vegas and Dubai. The background music of the performance is called “Rain in April” to welcome the guests from all over the globe to visit 2013 Taiwan Lantern Festival from February 24th to March 10th.
The Dancing Waters are designed by signal-controlled pump that adjusts according to the flow and rhythm of the music.
