the boat on top left... they are beautiful boats! we were dreaming of buying one, but gave up- it's like a teenage offspring- needs its own room and looking after! :) we settled for rubber dingy :D .... i like canoeing. havent done though in sea (prefer rivers) dont trust sea - it's got mind on its own: despite my name im not that good swimmer :D

EEEK! Its a nudist colony, bare bottoms everywhere!

lmho

thats a good one Kenny!!

To me Unda a canoe is like a monocycle. Why do it when two paddles is easier? We are kayakers and have been all our lives - and so our kids now and I guess, will be their kids.

We have rented canoes to take the kids out (on Bassenthwaite Lake) but it was not fun.

Awesome comment Kenny - I must put a content warning on this one!

Many thanks - I'm now heading for the hills for a while - David

What a difference can just one word in the title make statistically. There has always been this popular theme in the art: the boats.

David Brown Photogra… on March 23, 2013

Wow...... how right you are Sixten it gets triple the viewing over it neighbor....all because of Boats or whatever in the title. Try it!

:o)

Best wishes from (almost) springtime in North Carolina

HA! I use the daft title trick to make my little blue square on Google Earth a bit more interesting. How sad am I. !

David Brown Photogra… on March 23, 2013

Not sad, cunning perhaps Kenny but definitely not sad.

Excellent photo very nice reflections! Like!

David, it's nice to see the 44 has landed again. I wish you enjoyed kayaking there in the colonies.

Kenny, I have used ambiguous titles only for one reason. To give a certain gentleman some extra challenge with his daily Times crossword.

Thank you Varkos

Number 44 has not been seen for some time Sixten. I would love to park my boat here but alas I can neither afford it or stay still for that long.

Saturday's crossword is finished. Sunday's I don't even try!

Love the title on this one, David. The warning is cute as well ... Kenny does have a great sense of humour!

Cheers,

Patty

Thank you Patty! I'd be lost without Kenny if he didn't exist, I'd have to invent him.

:o)

Best wishes from warm and sunny (thank God, at last etc) North Carolina - David

As creative as you are David, I don't think you could invent anyone near as interesting and humourous and Kenny. Good thing the Good Lord did that for you!

Warm wishes from a cold, albeit sunny Ontario.

A masterpiece,... both photographically and in public advertising!

I take my metaphorical hat off to you David!

Wishing you much happy canoodling, - D.

Just off canoodling David (or kayakalaking as we like to think of it) ourselves for a week or so and saw your kind note.

Many thanks - David
