German with a French touch with some fine beer and wine. I am not a big sausage fan, except for Portuguese linguica with chunks instead of ground "stuff," but then there were these. I never thought much of French beer, but then here I changed my mind. I never chose white wine over red, but then there is Gewürztraminer.

Have to admit: i love that grilled or roasted saussages. Something like that i really love.
Also pretty good: things like that :) That are members of that crew...
Merguez are something completely different - often very hot and spicey ("scharf"). Not used to churcrute because the "kraut" is much sour and neutralize the strong pepper orientation ...
German beer is a very complex theme ;) Me i love that kind - the "bavarian style" ...

I'll also have to admit that those have carried over to here in a way. My 9 out of 10 orders there are the bratwursts and a 75—shall we say a great German sausage taste and the closest I can come here to the old "best bitter" I can remember down in Devon and Cornwall. So Würstchen forever! and hops forever!
