Oh oh, finaly I realise, that it is Corse, what we see underneath dark clouds ... But Bonifacio isn't really a french townsname, is it? I never was thinking about seeing Corse from your island. I am in a
certain way not used to the sea, that in my imagination the sea has to be wide and endless, only water and air ... maybe some rocks and one or two bucaneers ships perhaps ... but another island? And a different country??! I am surprised!!

Well that it is , don't take it completely serious, but still, I am surprised. ;-)

Have a nice evening.

Leon, what's near, what's far? At this hour in the night they come out philosophical thoughts... :) Thank you for your always cool and pleasant visit! Ciao Roberto

Fine observation and capture Roberto. Very nice composition. I can see far away rain pouring down over the sea. Your picture rocky scene is very like Australian shores. L Friendly greetings from Melbourne, Kazia

Kazia, thank you for your nice visit! The far land on the other side of the sea is Corse island, France, seen form my Sardinia, Italy. And above there was a big storm! A friendly greet to you Roberto

Corsica...I believe, it must be a rocky island but green with beautiful hills in contrast with our undulating Phillip Island, her grassy winter grey-brown landscape and dull green trees always familiar. Thanks a lot Roberto for your response. Friendly greetings from Melbourne, Kazia

Kazia, many thanks to you, your conversation is always very pleasant! Corse and Sardinia are two twin islands. Corse has highest mountains, Sardinia largest lowlands, both have many pastures, woods and mountains. And, obviously, the sea all around! :) Ciao Roberto
