A nice bird shot!
All your birds photos looks a bit off focus when elarged. I think it may be better to set 1600ISO, and f/5.6. Did you crop the photo?
BritPlom, ~ Hi François ~ I think it is a bit of an exaggeration to say all of them but yes often it is hard to get the bird exactly in focus especially when they are surrounded by twigs etc all competing for the auto focus. Yes a lot of these shots are cropped otherwise you get a little birdie in the middle of a vast frame :) I'll try the f/5.6 some time, not so sure about the 1600 ISO though, in bright sunshine that shouldn't be necessary ~ Thanks for the like and suggestions ~ All the best ~ nick
Better to focus manually ;) I agree with BritPlom, except for the long tail tit which is in glorious detail, most of the others are a little on the soft side but don't blame me for it! :))
Nick Knack ~ Get real Nick :)) There simply is not the time to focus manually ~ secondly my eyes are not good enough to be sure that I have the object as clearly focused as possible ~ I have masses of birdie shots now, some are crisp and others a little soft ~ I certainly don't blame you for it :))) I'm the Tit behind the lens
What a pretty bird ))) Like
Leo N Thanks again Leo~ for your visit, compliment and like ~ Best wishes ~ nick
