What a view! I've never been this close to the rock before. You are sun drenched, but, the weather forecast says rain?! I'm happy for you!
I have figured out that it is 35 km to the rock, and another 35 km to the mountin to the left, and down at the sea level even further to the left you will find Ceuta, the Spanish autonomous city in Africa! :-)
Please, more photos like this!
Gotcha' thanks Carl...yes the golfers weren't too happy about the rain..but they have left now and sunshine again today...I'll have to get my dictionary out for 'autonomous'.....Cheers from...Dave
Glad you got down to the Rock and I hope the Barbary Apes didn't mug you and Brenda! We also did the Tarifa ferry over to Tangier and in the other direction from Estepona, Fuengirola Zoo! Enjoy the sun as the snow is hitting us again here tomorrow apparently! Brrrrrrr!....... Regards, Geoff L.
Gotcha' ...thanks there Geoff.....be back soon ...Cheers and keep good from Dave.
Hi Dave. Lovely idea here that makes my mouth water. Looks like you too have had your Winter break in the sun. A place I have yet to visit. Great view of Gib from your table that makes me want to be there in this freezing weather of today in Oldham. Like of course.
Thanks Herb....we encountered a fair bit of rain..over the 11 day break..but it was pleasant enough for 'T'.shirt and shorts...and evening strolls...
Amazed to return to snow and ice !!...Good to hear from you....thanks for the like...Dj.
Colour, composition, framing and exposure, all tops. Those oranges are making my mouth water!
Big, big Like David. - David.
