Are you calling my photo a mess! Well, I do love snow and you can get some nice pictures but I'm looking forward to warming weather now! Happy Easter to you too.

This is a good one Rachel. The snow came and went so fast I only took a hand full of pics. I'm trying out my new camera so coming up with anything good enough might take a while...Anita

Good luck with it. I'm still in love with my SLR but the digital is bag sized. I might have to save up for a digital SLR.
It doesn't look like a spring scene does it?

No, I must say I'm getting a bit fed up with it. I had visions of spring lambs leaping about in the lovely mild weather, not seeing them shivering and look down right miserable. Still there must be better to come:) Anita

A typical winter scene of this part of the world (from one who lives just down the road from here!) Well caught and composed! These walls are quite common around here of course and I must admit the snows get less each year. However when it comes it's nice to get out with the camera and I appreciate others who have done the same. I presume you have taken this with a trusty 35mm Canon FE? Have you got a DSLR yet? Herb

So you are my neighbour! You're just up the M60 it seems? Yeah, that's the view from the pub car park near my church! As it happens I'm always out with my camera, it lives in my bag - but no, it's a not so trusty Olympus pocket job. Well, it's fine for day shots but rubbish for night shots and the flash isn't very good. I have a Minolta SLR but it's retired nowadays with it not being digital and being really heavy. No DSLR yet. Maybe I'll start saving up for one. Rachel

Lovely shot rachel, nice contrast and I love the wall coming at an angel into the lens, nice job.

Greetings Rachel, Good eye for this winter shot. The stone wall goes on and says it all.
Cheers,

Richard - it was a spring shot surprisingly enough! That was taken on Easter day 2008. That's England for you!
Thanks for the visit d. yalamidis-gr.
