Thank you michael this spot may have people from NYC time to time but mostly this is a local's spot. There is a 9/11 memorial here as a lot of people who live in this area of New Jersey died on 9/11 working at the world trade at the time of the chaos.

As for visitors and tourists from other parts of the America, and other parts of the world they mostly visit Weehawken, NJ to enjoy the NYC views. Weehawken is just across the Hudson River from NYC so every night when it good clear weather there are many tour buses that bring tourists to that spot..
