This is actually been determined to be the Atomic Bomb Pit #2. It has since been dug out and a glass casing installed above it. The Atomic Bomb Pit #1 is correctly labled on the same map image.

The determination was made by the U.S. National Park service based upon the location of the internal ladder system which matched the second bomb loaded.
