A-ha! So we are just about exactly one full month behind NC in the timing of the spring. We only had cherry blossoms last weekend (and gone too soon!) Did you stack focus on this one? I found shooting blossoms more of a challenge than I'd bargained for. Never enough DOF, and composition can be tricky. It's amazing that you got them all (well, almost) pretty much in focus at F/5.6! Nice BG, too.

Thank you, Patty. I hope all is well!

Mr. Verbiage, no focus stacking on this one - I was happy to to get it done with a single exposure (no VR and all with that lens) with the wind blowing as it was. I had set out to recreate an old favorite but I couldn't find the arrangement for it. So I started looking for other backgrounds when I found those whispy clouds directly overhead. SNAP !
