We used to sit on that sign as kids, we lived at 28 Wheatfields. At that time Wheatfields was the end of the houses, past this was all open fields.

This picture was made 24 years after I left St. Ives. I was born in 23 Wheatfields in ´68. Our house had open fields behind the garden in those days, too.
