oops - cherry trees
Thank you for letting me know the correct tree variety, Debra. I first thought they were flowering cherry trees, but then I changed it to beech because I thought the leaves were purplish-red after the flowers were gone. I didn't think there were any cherry trees with purple leaves...or am I wrong about the leaf color??
