Is this photo the remains of the New Zealand scow Kohi? I have been searching for what remains of her and it was her last reported location.

Seems we had the Scow Kohi and steamer Koi (pronounced the same) in the area at the same time.

The hulk can be seen in outline behind the white boat to the left
Jump onto Google Earth and home in on:
40 37' 20.17"S 127 31' 27.48E
You are smack on the middle of the hulk!
Butterfingers! Cut and paste this into the Fly To:

You are incredible! I cannot express my appreciation enough. My father, age 92, was skipper of the Kohi in 1942 and sailed her from Auckland to Noumea. He will never forget the voyage and still has the key to his cabin. I knew she was somewhere and have been searching to reunite the two of them.
