There is no shortage of these people in Toronto, so parking officers have always a successful day in ticketing parking infractions!

Kensington is also a home to many creative people so several murals, large or small, are decorating the walls and houses of this neighbourhood.

The 'no parking' is not obvious!!!
Maybe this is the reasons why people get ticketed....
Someone can claim that it was a piece of art and nothing else!!!!

The part of Toronto may be gone very soon, cheap accommodation is disappearing, rents for stores are going up and they just approved two large supermarkets in the neighbourhood, so the small stores will not be able to compete....
