I spotted these toys wired to a fence at the roadside not far from Seckington, a quiet rural area. There is no clue to their significance, they don't look like a shrine of any sort and the way they've been attached seems a little cruel. To be quite honest they're quite unsettling.
Anyone have any ideas as to what this is about?
