But usually the rio Aquidauana flows slightly higher than the Negro and sends water over the "Entre-rios" plain into the Negro. And that's exactly what you see in this picture, white Aquidauana water flowing into the dark Negro water.

Caro Juvenal, em tese ..., mas na prática, durante as grande enchentes enormes massas de água branca provenientes do rio Aquidauana atravessam a planíce entre os 2 rios (menos de 20km).
