This photos are from last year golden moments! Building are with enough interesting facade and I remember how construction process was extended for long time, almost for whole decade from 1980-1990. (I believe, it happen because of overall crisis in ussr economy?) I rent a room nearby from there when I was student and remember occupied street for long time. :) Now this mixture of colored plastics and glass panels play reflections as soon have captured direct Sun beams! :D

Thanks Rumlin for remark! We just speaking about Latvia very last years in ussr zone when not-work was one of two methods how to work! :D

For example this HansaBank building was built from 2003.02 till 2004.11. while in compare with other popular high building in center of city "Reval hotel Latvia" (former hotel "Latvia"). which was built in ussr time and it takes almost 20 years (~1960 to ~1980) to finish construction! :(
