Just seen your May 10 comment Jim. You know how it is! I only visited the Cuillins 5 times all told and 10 days was the max time spent on a visit (1978). But each day felt like 2 days or more and so I feel I spent far more time there than I actually did. But ... yes ... and interesting, relevant: and poignant point consider.

Hi Andy. You say ONLY 5 times. That's quite a lot! I've visited about the same number of times, but only 2 or 3 visits involved serious walking/climbing in the Cuillins. As you imply a magical and enthralling place. Best wishes - Jim
