Hello ludka08

thanks a lot for your praise. The Sony is a good bridgecamera, especially with this chip from the Alphas, but I would recommend to try a now sold out Alpha 300 or 350 because you have more options and there are a lot of good old lenses from Minolta out Try the panorama view and in comparison make some shots vertical with your old camera from the same point and use ICE, Your PC at home has a lot more power than the chip inside the camera. For the low light function you need a tripod - overall it's one of the best bridge cameras at the moment but I'd prefer a DSLR

Hi!!! Thanks a lot for reply!!!

I'm just looking for some bridgecamera... I'll give a look also at others, I'm not going to buy instantly the first one I liked... Also cause of that I asked you :) BTW, Your right about ICE!!! Firstly, I need to understand better what DSLR stands for, I'll google it out, I'm not an expert ;)

Thanks a lot for you opinion!!! :)

Ciao, Ludka

Hello ludka08,

here an example Not much more expensive as a bridgecamera and imho a real good value for the money. I'd have bought the alpha 900, because there are a lot of good lenses back to Minolta out there, but I took the EOS 5D MkII because of the ISO but I've my Ricoh R5 everyday on my belt with me, because it's not much bigger as a mobile Some generations {later](http://www.dpreview.com/news/0902/09021901ricohcx1.asp)

picsonthemove, you gave good advice about the camera choices.Im saving my pennys for alpha 900 or 850 as I have a good selection of Minolta lenses.I think that will do me just fine.

Hello happy snapper uk

if they are already the "D"igital versions of these lenses there is some praise for them - and you can get them on real fair prices at ebay. The only thing sometime mentioned is that some tend to get stuck, because of the oil and you have to repair them
