This park is amazing. I went there to camp on my own the first time. Went skinny dipping with two ladies I met with the Perseid Meteor shower taking place overhead. What a great time and wonderful place. The next day after the meteor shower, I had my first and only experieence of hearing "NOTHING". Literally, nothing- not even a buzz in my head. Fantastic, odd, frieghtening, all at the same time. Truly a magnificant creation of God's. I hope they preserve more of this territory and do not give it to the timber companies.
