Oh, it is so beautiful, really good "composition". You are lucky, Spring is there! Here we still have a lot of snow in the backyard. Greetings Sylvie

Don't feel too bad, Sylvie. We still have deep piles in our front yard, including one pile more than a meter high and another almost that! But the back yard is gradually uncovering itself, and I went out to greet the first early little flowers! Greetings, Marilyn

Perseverance can really do marvels, the crocus seems to tell us. A tale of Life and Death with Beauty as the background...

What an interesting thing to find! All of the other blooming crocuses (croci?) must be jealous of this one, to have such a fancy collar. :) Ryan

Oh the joys of spring! captured so well...Anita

Marilyn Whiteley on April 7, 2008

I'm glad you like it, Ryan and Anita. It gives me a lift! (I found it just in time. I checked the next day and there was no trace of it. Perhaps those jealous croci snatched it away!) Marilyn

Beautiful capture, Marilyn! :) I see you took this shot at the beginning of April. I have been so busy lately, that I haven't had time to look at anybody's photos. :( I have some spare hours today, so I'm trying to catch up!! ;-)

Very nice shot Marilyn. I hope mine come though in a few months too. The ongoing drought has knocked around many of our garden bulbs.

Cheers, Greg

Thank you, DeEtte and Greg.

DeEtte, I'm glad to see that you've been able to post some new photos and I hope that means that you aren't too desperately busy.

And Greg, I do admire your continuing, careful work, always well done.

Cheers, Marilyn
