Tibetan Buddhist Temple (1996), on Heintzman Street (build c. 1918)

Tibetan Buddhist Temple. It has 108 statues of Guru Rinpoche, the Buddha who brought Buddhism to Tibet! I visited during regular Saturday service and was welcomed. If you do not look like an average Tibetan, you may feel a bit out of place.

Way before there were any Tibetans in Toronto, the temple was a showroom of Heintzman Piano Co. and Polish WWII Veteran Hall, in it's prior incarnations!

Hand held exposure! No Parkinson, yet!
