Thank you Marilyn, Malko and Robyn. I am pleased that I was able to capture this. As I sat and studied it, I could see the light being refracted through each strand of the web. The camera hasn't quite been able to do justice to such fine detail, but I am satisfied nevertheless, for the colour difference is just evident.

I also was pleased to record the effect the spider's "nesting" has had on the cluster of leaves, top right.
