Le sorgenti termali di Pamukkale, che tradotto dal turco significa "Castello di cotone", sono lunghe circa 2.700 metri e grazie ad una altezza di 160 metri, posso essere scorte ed ammirate da una grande distanza. Ogni secondo, oltre 465 litri di acqua calda sgorgano copiosi dalle 17 sorgenti che possiedono temperature comprese tra i 35 ed i 100 °C.
