World largest "Disco Ball", 8 meters dia - 1000 mirror installation. At Luminato Festival.

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

Disco Ball, Michel de Broin's creation, this Montreal artist work was first shown in 2009 at Paris Nuit Blanche. It was suspended over the site by a crane with an operator sitting up high for safety reasons. When too windy, it had to be grounded. At night, the light reflecting from the mirrors created interesting effects on the ground.

The glass towers seen in the background on Wellington Street are all relatively new! Reflection of CN Tower can be seen in one of them. (Royal Bank)

The actual title of the Disco Ball is One Thousand Speculations. So you can only speculate, where my reflection may be! Find Waldo!!
