Schitterend hè, dat zo'n verfrommeld blaadje zo iets moois kan worden, daar staat je verstand toch bij stil! Mooi verfijnd kadertje heb je er ook om gemaakt.

Doet mij denken aan hoe een vlinder uit een cocon komt Christien,al heb ik dat zelf nooit in 't echt gezien.

I decided it had to be a matter of statistics Kevin (sounds a bit like 'Elementary, my dear Watson... sorry for that!). If there are enough around you're bound to catch one or two in the stadium between bud and flower. I found quite a few in places that get less sunlight, as if they did not have time to finish the process. It reminds me of a butterfly unfolding its wings.
