Inspired by Marion's excellent photograph taken at the same location.
Taken using an ND64 (6 stop) filter, enabling the 4 second exposure and edited in Adobe Camera Raw.
Hi Steve, very nicely done, perfect symmetry. Before I read your comment, I remembered Marion's photo. I think this is a YS&L Cheers. John.
Its nice to see the many varied ways one iconic shed can be photographed. This is yet another new one. Well done Steve , you've spured me to have a go myself...
You're very kind mate :) I notice that that shot of Marion's has racked-up over 14,000 views now..... wow!!!
All the very best.
G'day Lex, I thought I'd give something new a go as I don't just want to fill my gallery up with star-shots!
I've wanted to try this since seeing Herb's Green Roof image, which is still one of my favourite all time Panoramio photographs.
Cheers guys.... Steve
Nice job done of the blue shed Steve, I would like to get a shot of it next time it is under water:-))
But then you'd miss out on the leading lines created by the jetty Marion :))
I suppose with a really high tide the shed could at least get party submerged..... have you seen that happen before?
Surely Stirling Hwy would be under water as well!!
Hey Steve.....I love this effect!
And I too have just checked out your link to Herb's gallery....I see why you like that green roof so much!
And this one of yours is fabulous... :))
F&L; Fine work...
Sorry for this standard message, but I've some catching up to do.
Glad you liked the picture :)
I see that both you and Lex also stopped by Herb's gallery for a look at his 'Green Roof'..... that one's a classic in my eye and I was pleased to see that you both agree :)
All the very best.....
Thanks mate..... warm Aussie greetings heading back your way :)
Your kind words are most appreciated.
Warm regards from down-under
