(As for Panoramio surviving or not I join your opinon of waiting and seeing. It is a virtual world while our photos show beauties of the real world that can not be deleted by Google policy. Before internet, as a child, I collected postcards, then took my firts analog pictures in BW with the old camera of my mother. When I went for the first time to Paris as a student I was allowed a colour film but just for the best photos carefully chosen. These pictures are a bit faded now but still show all my enthousiasm in discovering the wonders of the world.)
