Thank You, Jurgen! These are subsidised housing units, not really "projects". There are balconies, with a great view of Ft.Tryon, Hudson river, Palisades in NJ. I just gave them name "three brothers" "out of the blue". You're right - they do block harsh winds, but also block the light and view... Happy Easter!
