Hi BatangBaler! As a Child of Baler, can you tell me if the boat in this picture is a big modern fishing trawler? And if it is, is it a Philippine owned boat? Sure hope so. It's bad enough there are hardly any fish because of big trawlers and their purse nets, but if foreigners come here also, we have to kick them out!
