Wonderful looking building Mike with beautiful arches, and another fine picture. regards Richard
Hi Mike Iam with Richard, I love this building...the columns and those flower boxes are a focal for me. great shot.
best wishes, Sarah
Yes Richard, a building befitting my faux grandoise! Google 'Blind Veterans UK, Llandudno' to find out all about the place
Sarah, O what a delight to find you here, it is a beautiful place, but rather lacking in CAKE! If you fancy a holiday baking ............
Someone mention cake? That is indeed a great building and you shot some nice architectural detail. Unusual mix of building materials: It looks like rosy sandstone (like they have around Carlisle and Penrith) and white granite. Works well for me.
No cake left marra, the birds had the crumbs last week!
This building in it's setting is nothing short of magnificent. Built in 1902 by the Forrester family as a convalescence home for shale miners some of my shots are mapped so you can find where it's at on GE if yer want!
schönes Bild, like
Liebe Grüße sendet dir, der bayernengel. ♥ܓ
