Groentemarktplein in Kaapstad. The gray tower is the Western Cape Provincial Administration Building, "Zille Tower" (4 Dorp Street), designed by architect Johannes David Prins (Hannes) van der Merwe (1924-2012). The plan for the renovation of this building is made by Jakupa Architects and CS Studio Architects. The building with the red and gray colors is the Burg Street Parkade, also called Van der Stel Building, by architect Max Policansky (1909-); the building was originally white.
