Lovely. When I was a lad, my family was one of the first to buy property and build on that part of the peninsula. The shack we lived in was at the top of the hill, just about 350 feet east of where you have this picture placed. From the top of the hill, we had a view down into Magens Bay, and up-island to the North east as well. That was a magical decade.
How interesting!! As much as we loved the villa, something tells me that your old shack would have been better! St. Thomas is so over developed now, and the island's resources are being stretched to the limit. Someone has even said to me that there are more cars than people. I believe it!
