Thanks. This was mid August, 2006. I got lucky with the colors on this one. We arrived at the lake before sunrise to a cloudy sky. I was somewhat disappointed at the dull colors. But then the sun pierced the clouds and lit up the peaks with a blazing crown for just a few seconds. I was able to squeeze off a few shots just in time.
