RED FLAG DAY AT THE BEACH

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

The red flag flies on South Haven beaches when there is a high risk of swimming hazards with dangerous waves more than four feet high. The red flags also warn that swimming conditions may be life threatening, usually because of strong undercurrents. On this day we had both.
