上海沐恩堂，位于上海市中心的西藏中路，原来属于基督教监理会教堂。

最初创建于1887年，那时名叫中区监理会堂，由于在创建时，美国监理会得到了一名叫慕尔的美国信徒巨额捐款，所以1890年改名为慕尔堂，以表示对他的纪念。1929年，该教堂向西迁移，建造了现在的这座教堂。

教堂由一位欧洲设计师设计，属于新哥特式风格，1931年建成。教堂为砖木结构，有宽大的门厅，中部是教堂的主体部分，总共能容纳1000人，其中正厅560人，楼座380人，唱诗班处60人；大堂的长方形柱子和楼座的栏杆以及讲经台都用斩假石饰面，室内露出水泥幔尖拱顶。1936年，一位美国教徒前来参观时，曾捐资在教堂的钟楼顶部安装了一座5米高的霓虹灯十字架，从而使该教堂成为当时上海乃至远东地区的著名教堂。

1958年，上海基督教各派在这里举行联合礼拜，并正式把它的名字定为“沐恩堂”。
