Hi! In Germany we call the barrels 'Mother-in-law's chair' :) I like cactuses - nice to see them in nature.
Thanks for sharing!
Lovely new set of photos that I hadn't seen because of the rush to get ready for South America. This one is wonderful!! Great composition, point of view, and lighting. Marilyn
Great point of view. Color and depth of field are very nice. This is a lovely place to photograph desert flora so close to an "urban" setting. I was amazed when I visited it. Nice work.
I spent a whole day here but is was kind of packed out as they had an annual plant sale going on. We had to walk from the Zoo but it was well worth it. I felt with the diversity of plants here it would be a hard act to follow, and with the exception of possibly Organ Pipe, that held true. Thank you all for your visits and I'm pleased you enjoyed it!
Beautiful photo! Perfect contrast in tones and shapes. It stands up very well small and large - a good candidate for the next National Parks Pass photo -? ;~) Best, alicia
I don't know if it's dynamic enough for the parks pass Alicia. They are looking for a certain graphic quality that is unusual. I'm thrilled you like it however.
You've got an amazing gallery, Tom, I'm adding you to my favs :-)
Thank you for your appreciation Mario and Rafal. It is a great pleasure to get new visitors to my gallery!

Beautiful view and nice perspective. L.
Very special of this wonderful park... the sky takes you to the background and the cacti to the foreground. L
