■ The waterfall of Staubbach
The impressive waterfall of 305m of falls which flow and fall so that one line may be drawn from the cliff which rises up behind a village.
Goethe who visited this ground in 1799 looked at this waterfall, was impressed, and has rebuked beautiful poetry. It was named from raising a spray like Staub (dust). It is in the place along which he walked about 15 minutes from the station of Lauterbrunnen.
