Nice shot 2cme! It's very peaceful yet somewhat threatening. It's usually hard to get a bad snap of Ben Bulben. I do a lot of hillwalking but this is one I've yet to "bag", some land owners in the lowlands around here are less than friendly.

Well done again

Hi John, Thanks glad u like it.

Hope your well. This one was more or less off the side of the road last Saturday evening. The maps not really clear on google, I think take 2nd left off the main rd after grange this should land you here. I am not that familar with the area but i think this is the best side to get it from.

Arizona?

Hi twinchin, unfortunately not! This is Ben bulbin, the nearest version of a table mountain we have in Ireland! The little white cottage gives it away. This mountain & area was of great inspiration to the poet WB Yeats, indeed the area often called 'Yeats Country' and the poet is buried in a country graveyard at the foot of the mountain here...

Hi Ancsa, Hope your well! It's a great side to take this mountain from. It's a really beautiful part of Ireland. Of course this mountain was some inspiration to the poet WB Yeats, whose buried at Drumcliffe at the base of the mountain.
