Attractive place! Best regards, Christian
Lovely composition, Amelia. Looks like you were passing on a microlight, when you took this shot. Cheers, Joe
Lovely peaceful scene full of interest. You have positioned yourself for a perfect viewpoint here, as what I see tells the story of the building, it is a Welsh water buildind ? pump house that takes excess flow from the pools or overflow caused by the wiers you show. Two more interesting points are the narrow bridge, probably built for workers to reach the building, secondly the fish-ladder in the right lower corner,(a masterpiece of aMAZEing pattern!
Aam awa fer a wee drap o' tea & a scone noo, cheery-bye!!
I bet the engineers had no idea of the aesthetics they were creating when they designed this. Nice shot.
Wow, this is a very nice sight! L & ♥2 Greetings, Joli
Lovely shot of this beautiful scenery Amelia.
Best wishes Mick
Good morning Timo, yes it is interesting here, and I'm sure you'd like to take a walk here. There are 5 dams in all, and the reservoirs supply water to the city of Birmingham. The levels in the reservoirs are kept constant by the Foel tower. Thank you so much for your visit and excellent compliment! :))
Warm wishes, Amelia
