I don't think they are called tuk tuks: at least in the North of Peru they are called Mototaxis, Moto being the Peruvian term for a motorcycle. Maybe they're called tuk tuks in the South, but I doubt it.
At a second glance, they don't look MUCH like the Mototaxis in the north. Wheels much too small.
