Collingwood Harbour on Lake Huron

Selected for Google Maps and Google Earth

Collingwood Harbour. Most impressive building in town are the grain silos in Millenium Park. Seeing them up close these look like the Luxor pillars in Egypt.

The new low rise condominiums are slowly filling up the harbour emptiness, created after the Shipyards closed down in 1986 and all the old structures were torn down.

thanks, I was just thinking how these small town canadian photographs are really not visible on google.

less than 300 views (Panoramio) in a year? My recent small town cuban photographs have this many views in a month!

... I know what you are talking about... essentially not getting any Google views on my Canadian pix, and poor quality stuff of mine from Bolivia & Brazil gets views.... Cheers, Auggie
