Hello Steven, it's nice to see that you have started taking photos of butterflies! This one is a male member of the Lycaenidae family, which is the second largest butterfly family! I suppose it's a Common Blue (Polyommatus icarus), but without seeing the underside of his wings I can't tell for sure! Anyway, it's a beautiful shot and you are doing a great job with your new camera! Best wishes, Anne
