This evening i've been searching for this bird on internet (wikipedia) and a site for birds in Italy (tooo many birds) and i asked an italian wildlife photographer a question on instagram ( he was not sure) it looks like a Cuckoo or a small sparrowhawk , i'll let you know when i find an answer...
